Mr. Frank R. Cruz

Frank Cruz is the founding partner of The Law Offices of Frank R. Cruz. Mr. Cruz began his legal career at Barger Wolen, LLP., first as a summer clerk and thereafter as an associate. There he handled complex civil litigation cases in both Federal and State court. Mr. Cruz moved to Orange County and was an associate at The Cronin Law Group, handling all of the firm’s transactional work. Upon returning to Los Angeles, Mr. Cruz began working at Glancy Prongay Murray focusing on securities class action recoveries. Subsequently, Mr. Cruz founded The Law Offices of Frank R. Cruz to represent investors that fall victim to securities fraud.

Mr. Cruz is a native of Southern California. Born in Los Angeles, CA, Mr. Cruz received his degree in Political Science at the University of Southern California and his Juris Doctor degree from the University of San Diego School of Law. Prior to attending law school, Mr. Cruz worked for the Los Angeles Rams.
